Description

Indispensable in winemaking, easy to use – Vinistart Complex is recommended for fermentation in pulp (with fruit). It consists of an exceptional combination of a noble yeast strain, specially selected nutrients with minerals and vitamins, and Pektoenzyme, and therefore ensures rapid fermentation and an excellent wine bouquet.

For fruit batches – Vinistart Complex is best suited for fermenting wine from fruits such as gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, hawthorn, apples, wild roses, white and black grapes, rhubarb, raisins, wild cherries, cherries, raspberries, cherries, cherries, plums, blackberries, blackcurrants, white currants, red currants, blueberries, black elderberries and blackthorn.

For 10-25 liters of wine – one pack of 20 g of Vinistart Complex is enough for preparing 10 to 25 liters of your favorite white and red fruit wines. Note! Use the whole package for one batch.

Up to 17% alcohol – Vinistart Complex allows for a fast fermentation process! The recommended temperature for this process is 15-30°C, and the alcohol content in your wine can reach up to 17%!

The combination of a noble winery yeast strain, specially selected nutrients with minerals and vitamins, and Pektoenzyme ensures success in the preparation of homemade liqueur. This product is convenient, simple to use, and doesn’t require any other additives! The winery yeast provides fast fermentation and an excellent wine bouquet. The minerals are an excellent source of nitrogen and phosphorus for the winery yeast, while the vitamins perform the function of fermentation activator and have a positive impact on the taste and aroma of the wine. Pitchto enzyme dissolves the pectins in fruits, facilitates the release of juice and reduces the viscosity of the wine, which significantly supports clarification later on.

Pour the contents of the sachet into 100-200 ml of boiled water at room temperature and leave for 15 minutes. Place the crumbled fruit in a fermentation container and pour a small amount of water over it (1-2 liters per 10 kg of fruit). Make sure the fruit is at room temperature and add the dissolved Vinistart Complex. Top up with water to the desired volume, stir and let it ferment. The recommended fermentation time in pulp is 1-2 weeks. After this time, remove the fruit pulp and let the juice continue fermenting. Note: use the entire package for one batch!

Ingredients: Saccharomyces cerevisiae winery yeast, diammonium hydrogen phosphate (V), pectinase, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate.
