Afterward, move the drink to the refrigerator and enjoy your low-alcohol and light sparkle beverage, perfect for summer days. Use the full power and capabilities of the Ciderini Sweet yeast by combining it with nutrients containing vitamin B1! A single pack of 5 g of yeast is enough to make 15 to 20 liters of aromatic drink, the alcohol content of which can reach 9%. Instructions for use:

Mix the contents of the yeast sachet with 100 ml of pre-boiled water that has cooled to a temperature of 30°C. Let it sit for 20 minutes at room temperature. Then pour the resulting solution into a fermentation container or a lady’s pour with wine yeast.

Ingredients: Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate
