Register the exchange via our contact page, including the order number. After receiving your exchange request, you will receive a return number from us. With this return number you can send your order (or part of it) to:

If the returned products have been received (without damage or traces of use), the total order amount, minus the shipping costs, will be transferred to your account within 5 working days. The amount will be refunded to the account number used to place the original order and payment.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN:
Exchanges and/or returns can be made within 14 days after receipt of your order.
Please note, the items you want to return must meet the following conditions:
1. The item must be complete, undamaged and not used or opened.
2. The item must be packed in its original packaging.
3. The item was not purchased on sale.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping costs are always at your own expense.

CONSUMERS’ ASSOCIATION:
We use the procedure as prescribed by the Consumers’ Association. Unfortunately, I can’t afford free shipping and return procedures as I am a small player in the market. In addition, I do offer the personal service and advice that the large webshops do not offer.
