The plastic from which the tubes and the stopper are made is provided with all the required permits for contact with food and the certificate of the Polish National Institute of Hygiene (PZH).
An airlock filled with water is used in the fermentation process to protect the contents of the batch from oxygenation while allowing regular emissions of carbon dioxide produced during the process.
A special protective stopper prevents fruit flies from entering the container, and at the same time does not affect the fermentation process (because special vents are designed in the stopper).
