This activated carbon is extremely suitable for mixing through the potting soil of your bottle garden, the granules are between 3-5 mm. Activated carbon ensures that the water in the ecosystem is “cleaned” and does not rot, when the water can rot, fungi can form in the ecosystem from which the plants can die. Activated carbon is therefore of great importance in making a closed bottle garden (ecosystem).

To make the bottle bottom, put about 3-4 cm of hydro granules on the bottom of the bottle. After this, you need about 7-10 cm of special bottle garden soil for the bottle garden, mix the activated carbon into the special bottle garden soil with a ratio of about 20-30 grams per liter of special bottle garden soil.
