Iron is one of the minerals very important for the nutrient balance of plants. Thus, iron deficiency inevitably leads to disturbed plant growth.

In addition, iron sulfate supports sustainable lawn growth. It helps your lawn – with proper care and regular supply of key nutrients – to a dense, beautiful green resistant lawn carpet.

Applying our Ferrarium iron sulfate fertilizer is easy. It can be applied as a litter or as a liquid. In both cases, a 2.5 kg bag is sufficient for an area of about 100 m2. Ferrarium iron sulfate blade fertilizer is best applied to your lawn from March to October about 20-25g/m² of fertilizer evenly. After distribution by hand or with a spreader, water the lawn thoroughly. Also soluble in water: e.g. approx. 125-150g for 5 m² lawn in 5 l water. Distribute the water evenly. A best effect is achieved by fertilizing the lawn a few days after mowing and at temperatures above 10°C. For heavily used areas, re-fertilize after 8 to 10 weeks. In case of iron deficiency symptoms in garden plants, such as whitening of leaves and yellowing of young shoots, dissolve 20 g/m² of iron fertilizer in the pouring water and distribute evenly.
